By accessing or using waitlist.ph (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
waitlist.ph provides a privacy-first queue management system using anonymous tokens. The Service allows:
- Customers to join queues using anonymous 8-digit tokens
- Businesses to manage customer queues efficiently
- Optional browser-based notifications when service is ready
- Real-time display of queue status
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 For Customers
- Keep your queue token confidential
- Monitor your queue position via display or browser
- Present your full token code when called for service
- Arrive within check-in window for remote queues (15 minutes)
3.2 For Businesses
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Verify customer tokens before providing service
- Maintain appropriate security for admin accounts
- Do not attempt to collect personal data through the Service
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
- Use automated systems to generate excessive queue entries
- Share QR codes outside the intended physical location
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to collect personal data from other users
5. Privacy
waitlist.ph collects zero personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on our privacy-first approach.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical difficulties
- Force majeure events
- Security incidents
7. Intellectual Property
waitlist.ph and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by waitlist.ph or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUEUE PH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless waitlist.ph from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any other reason.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
